We had a simply fabulous experience with Susan. Our family was considering relocating from Philadelphia to the Charleston area. Susan knew our timeline was tight, she was available, did many previews on her own time as to not waste our limited time. Most importantly, to us, is she listened to what we wanted in a home, so the ones she did show us were viable options. Our son attends private school and it was important for us that he continue his education in a similar manor. Susan made contact with the school for us as well as the lacrosse coach. Her communication skills are outstanding, whether it be to her client, fellow realtor or sellers. A true professional through and through. I know this because in the end, my husband received a job offer that precluded us from moving. Susan wished our family well and let us know she would be there when/if the time came we needed her. She was very reassuring in a difficult time for our family. We certainly hope in a few years we will work with her again. We have no interest in looking any further.
